Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Your Discord account: your user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the email on your Discord account, plus the roles you hold in our server, which decide what you can access. We never see or store a password.
• Your application: every answer you submit, which form you applied to, and when.
• Your review record: the decision on your application, the reasons and notes staff attach to it, and whether you are on a cooldown before re-applying or have been blocked.

2. How We Use It

• To sign you in and show you the right pages.
• To let our staff review your application and tell you the outcome. It is announced in our Discord channel and sent to you as a direct message. If you are rejected, the reasons go only to your direct message, never the public channel.
• To grant or remove your Discord roles when your status changes, and to keep things fair: one application at a time, and a cooldown before you can re-apply.

Applications are reviewed by people, not decided automatically. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Your Data and Your Choices

• We keep your account and application records for as long as we need them to run the community. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
• You can revoke this platform's access to your Discord account whenever you like, from Authorized Apps in your Discord settings.
• Everything reaches you through Discord, so Discord handles it under its own Privacy Policy. We protect what we store, but no system is completely secure.

This platform is not intended for anyone under 13. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
